Erin Barta 
Jennifer Bishop

Erin K. Barta joined Mannatech, Incorporated November 2006 and was named General Counsel in August 2013. Prior to joining Mannatech, Ms. Barta served as Corporate Counsel and later Senior Corporate Counsel from November 2001 to November 2006 for Metromedia Restaurant Group, a subsidiary of Metromedia Company. She received her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Wesleyan Law Review. 

Jennifer is the Chief Litigation Counsel for Lennox International Inc., managing a broad range of domestic and international litigation matters. Jennifer also supports Lennox’s trade compliance department to ensure compliance with import and export laws and regulations. Before joining Lennox, Jennifer was a litigation associate in the Dallas office of Jones Day. She was also a law clerk to Judge Robert B. Maloney in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. She received her law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1998. 

Elaine Brzezinski
 Merrie Cavanaugh 

Merrie Cavanaugh is the new Outreach Attorney for Texas Lawyers for Children. Prior to working with this Not For Profit that helps abused children, Merrie was VP & and Associate General Counsel for AT&T.  During her 20+ years at AT&T, she held a variety of leadership positions through numerous mergers and acquisitions as the company transformed from a regional wireline company to the world's largest telecommunications company.

Megan Donovan

Megan Donovan is Deputy General Counsel of the Dental Platform of Danaher Corporation, which provides dental equipment and consumables to dentists, orthodontists and other dental professionals around the world. Prior to joining the Dental Platform, Megan served as General Counsel to Danaher’s Communications Platform and held various legal leadership positions at NetScout Systems, Alcatel-Lucent and Genesys Telecommunications. Megan earned a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a B.S. from Texas A&M University. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Chapter of the Texas General Counsel Forum and is an active volunteer in various other legal and community organizations.

Stephanie Garcia

Stephanie Garcia is Principal and Chief Legal Officer of Corgan Associates, Inc., an architectural and interior design firm headquartered in Dallas. Prior to joining Corgan in December 2010, she served as General Counsel for SHW Group. Mrs. Garcia was in private practice as a litigator from 1990-2004 and primarily concentrated her practice in the representation of design professionals.  

Elizabeth K. Giddens

Elizabeth Giddens is Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Nationstar Mortgage, a Fortune 1000 company headquartered in Dallas that provides servicing, origination and transaction based services principally related to single-family residences throughout the United States. Prior to Nationstar, she served in various in-house positions for Quicksilver Resources from 2005 to 2012 and worked in private practice from 1998 to 2005. Ms. Giddens earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Oklahoma and her M.B.A. from the University of Tulsa and is a member of the State Bars of Texas and Oklahoma.

Jane McBride 

Jane Mallor McBride. legal marketing and career expert, is a Principal and General Counsel of Optimus Legal Management and Consulting.  Optimus provides innovative one-on-one and group coaching and strategic consulting and staffing services to the legal community. Jane is a founding member of Women's In House Network, a past Chair of the Corporate Counsel Section of the Texas State Bar, and a Past President of the DFW Chapter of ACC. Jane received her JD from NYU School of Law, and is a member of the State Bars of Texas, California and NY. She is a frequent speaker and has been published in several legal publications.

Catherine Paulson
Telisa Webb Schelin

Telisa Webb Schelin is the Senior Vice President - Legal, General Counsel and Secretary of TIER REIT, Inc., a Dallas based real estate investment trust focused on owning and operating commercial office real estate located in dynamic markets throughout the U.S. Telisa is responsible for all legal aspects of the company.Telisa was the 2010–2011 chairperson for Attorneys Serving the Community, a volunteer organization of over 300 Dallas/Fort Worth women attorneys that provide fundraising support for local nonprofit organizations.  She also serves as the chair of the board of directors of AVANCE-Dallas, Inc., a community-based, nonprofit organization.

K.D. Shull

K.D. Shull is Director of Legal Affairs for Huawei Technologies USA, Inc., a subsidiary of a $46B global telecom company. At Huawei, she handles everything from contract drafting and negotiation to dispute resolution and litigation management. Prior to joining Huawei, K.D. was a litigator in private practice. She received her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University School of Law. K.D. also enjoys coaching moot court, and her team has twice won the National Entertainment Law Moot Court Competition.

Diane Stafford

Diane Stafford has served as in-house counsel in various positions and areas of expertise including with Sprint (Kansas City), Chico’s (Ft Myers, FL), Fujitsu (Frisco). She is currently Senior Managing Counsel at G6 Hospitality (formerly Accor). She graduated from Kansas State University (BA) and the University of Missouri-Kansas City (JD) and started her legal career at a boutique law firm that specialized in a First Amendment practice. She is an active volunteer through work, special interests, and with family activities.

Sherri Tillman

Sherri Tillman is General Counsel for TDIndustries, Inc., a premier mechanical construction and facilities service company. Sheri is involved in a number of professional associations including the ABA Construction Law Forum and the American Subcontractors Association, North Texas Chapter. Sheri received her law degree from Texas A & M University School of Law and her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Southern Methodist University.
